    Plates from strengthshop didn’t turn up today like I was expecting (only rubber matting) so still only have 224kg, so I cant do the 254kg deadlift session as planned

    Been too hot today and is still too hot to train anyway so will rest tonight and do Deadlifts with bands tomorrow

    Been training eod this week rather than 5-6 days a week (sometimes all in a row) like I have been since the start of lockdown

    Sleep last night much improved
    Training session last night very good (a lot of energy)
    Felt a bit happier in myself today

    * 99% sure lack of motivation recently and sleep issues last couple of weeks have been caused due to overtraining
    * will endeavour to train 1 on 1 off if life allows from now on

    Deadlift session today after work (3rd Deadlift session in 6 days)

    Band Deadlift:
    100kg x 5
    100kg x 5
    144kg x 3
    144kg x 1 (belt on from here)
    164kg x 1
    184kg x 1
    184kg + black band x 1 (219kg at top)
    204kg + black band x 1 (239kg at top)
    224kg + black band - 2 x 5 (259kg at top)

    * happy with 2 sets of 5 at the top weight when I’ve already accumulated so much fatigue over the last 2 months by deadlifting heavy twice a week. Will not deadlift until next Sunday now, and will more than likely deadlift once per week now the weight is getting heavy’ish again

    Lunges: 3 x 40m
    Reverse Hyper: 40kg x 25, 70kg 4 x 15
    One arm preacher curl: 5 sets per arm

    Today I did a bit of light squatting and some arms

    Ultra wide stance squat (no belt):
    60 x 20
    60 x 20
    80 x 15
    80 x 15
    100 x 12
    100 x 12
    120 x 8
    120 x 8

    Narrow stance 2 sec Pause squat (no belt):
    100 x 5
    100 x 5
    120 x 5
    120 x 5

    One arm preacher curl

    Ez-bar curl superset with dumbbell hammer curl

    Band pushdown superset with overhead dumbbell extension

    Finished

    Kept squatting light after Deadlfits and lunges yesterday. Felt ok with the wide stance, will try to build that up after the deadlift PB is done

    Quick arms blast was nothing exciting

    Got some Nexus anadrol in the other day. 60 x 50mg

    I think I’m gonna start it this Monday, just 50mg per day for 60 days. My strength is surprisingly good so early in to being back on AAS so I think I can get this Deadlift PB achieved within 60 days if I’m smart about it

    So that’s now the plan, add the anadrol and do the 330kg deadlift. Then ride off in to the sunset Clint Eastwood in Pale rider style

    Actually.........thoughts on anadrol for 60 days straight gents?

    Fine by me. You are not worried about water or aesthetics and want strength so Anadrol is bang on and no issues with 60 days as long as you behave on the boozing etc.

    I don’t follow typical bodypart splits anymore

    I just hit whatever needs to be hit however I feel like doing it

    Jabbed 250 test/150 tren/400 deca yesterday

    Gonna attempt to keep the little bit of tren. Since adding it strength has continued to go up very fast but Bodyweight has gone down and I look better, I think it’s just nullifying a little bit of the bloat and water from the deca, I feel better like this so if dropping the total of 19’s by dropping the deca allows me to sleep I’m happy to stay with 400mg deca, I’ll still get the benefits at that dose

    If I feel ok this week I’ll stay at this dose for my AAS. Will add anadrol from today at 50mg pre workout
