    Arms today. Pretty good session once I got started

    Getting started has been the issue lately. Hopefully adding a bit of gear back in will get me going again. Will order it tonight

    Did a bit of chest after walking the dog (10 sets of band crossovers). Was gonna do Delts and Traps too but sacked it off as I can’t be arsed

    Delts and Traps today

    Decent session. 45 mins

    Will squat 170kg 6 x 6 and deficit snatch deadlift a few sets with 180kg tomorrow

    Deca turned up today. Start that a week on Saturday

    I was expecting the gyms to stay closed tbh pal, that played a part in not wanting to get back on cycle, didn’t seem like much point, but seeing as they should be open I’ll start a small one, not gonna go mad mate just gonna go with 150 test/400 deca

    I just can’t be arsed jabbing shit loads of oil every week and having to jab more than once a week yano what I mean. It’s a fucking ball ache innit

    Atm though on TRT I can’t even be arsed training at all, workouts are proper proper shit. Need a bit of a kick up the backside

    When I start this cycle I’ll have had 8 weeks on trt, much better than I used to do time off wise, so it’s ok really

    I need a rocket up my arse, not a kick haha. Literally 0 motivation to train.

    Nice lil cycle that, 1gram a week soon come tho :rofl:

    150 test/400 deca mate

    Can’t be bothered doing anymore than that right now. And it won’t be required after the dieting I’ve been doing

    550mg AAS and just upping food will get me gaining again, at least for a while

    I'm exactly the same right now, have been for 2 weeks
    I'm training at a decent place but it's in the evening and I hate training then
    I've either gotta go after work or wait round all day then train at 5.30 and motivation is 0 to do either
    I'm hoping next week changes my mindset, it did last time
    Then it's time to put some work in and grow

    It happens doesn’t it mate. You can’t train for as long as we have or as hard as we try to 24/7 365, it’s just not realistic

    I’ve been training reasonably hard, particularly on legs and Deadlifts, but not my usual 100%.

    I think a new cycle, getting back in to a gym and some specific goals to get my arms growing and push my deadlift up again should see me right

    New split from saturday

    Monday: Arms
    Tuesday: Legs and Rows
    Wednesday: Arms
    Thursday: off
    Friday: Chest and Delts
    Saturday: Deadlift, Squat and Arms (1 exercise for Bi’s and 1 for Tri’s)
    Sunday: Chest or Off

    Seem to have found a way to hit Triceps quite hard without destroying my elbows even more than they already are so will focus on arms hitting them 3 times a week for 3 weeks then once the fourth week to allow recovery then go again for a few months

    Will also aim to push my Deadlift up past 324kg with the Saturday session.

    Legs twice a week but more high rep hypertrophy stuff, not too bothered about squatting big weights atm

    Squats:
    60kg x 8
    60kg x 8
    100kg x 5
    120kg x 3
    140kg x 3
    160kg x 2
    180kg for 5 sets of 5

    Wide stance high bar squat:
    120kg for 2 sets of 15

    Double Black band row (fat Gripz):
    5 x 25

    Narrow stance high bar squat:
    100kg for 2 sets of 20

    Reverse Hyper:
    60kg x 30, 30

    Finished

    Arms tomorrow

    Ate about 600g of carbs yesterday as failed on my diet then thought fuck it, felt way better in the gym today. Been too restrictive diet wise to lift properly lately I think, probs why I’ve not been arsed to train as well

    One arm preacher curl
    Dumbbell hammer curl (25kg dbs drop to 15kg dbs)
    Ez-bar curl
    Band pushdown
    One arm band kickback
    Overhead dumbbell extension

    Finished. 35-40 sets altogether

    Good session. Hopefully get my arms growing hitting them like this multiple times a week

    How long does it take you to do that many sets? Do you take short rest periods in between sets?
