37 Year Old Physique Competitor

    I dont have the Pictures yet but this Client competed in a natural Show yesterday.
    He came 2nd out of 12 guys in novice light weight and 3rd out of 9 in open light weights.
    His condition apparantly was one of the best but he lost on size.
    Now Keep in mind he has degenerative spine disease meaning any seated exercise is agnony and all he can do for legs is very light leg extensions and curls.
    For back chin ups with varied Hand positions and a few choice db exercises is all he can do.
    Very proud of him and will post pics when I have them.

    700 compeitors turned up. 80 bodybuilders :lol:

    Here he is....could have tensed his legs a tad more I think but Overall a superb Transformation!

    I am going to put him on an occlusion Training program for his legs this coming off season.
    Occlusion Training Shows promise in the available Research so hopefully it will help bring them up a Little.

    Wrap the muscle so that blood can not leave the muscle efficiently.
    Creates a crazy pump and growth.

    For arms....cold my arms are 18 with this method they hit 20 inches pumped....very weird Feeling but cool.

    So whats the idea then? The old facia stretching thing coming back into fashion or is it more along the lines of keeping maximum amount nutrients in one place?

    I am pretty new to the whole idea.
    Honestly for most People I dont see the Point but in this case I think it may have merit.

    I'll have a read. Always best to exhaust all muscle growth possibilities. Cant help thinking how much of a twat id look in the gym with shit wrapped around my arm though. Feel bad enough wearing wrist straps now like im trying to act all hard core :lol:
