4 Weeks Out

    Conditioning looking on track mate. I wouldn't personally train different than if I was 12 weeks out. I'm 6 weeks out and will be squatting heavy as fuck later today trying to hold on to every bit of muscle.

    IMO you look further out than 4 weeks.
    Why the change in training?

    I started prep way to late and heavy if I'm honest so has taken a lot of cardio and dieting to get to this stage so lost a lot of strength

    Update

    It's 3 weeks today, trained legs this morning and feeling shattered, buzzing for the rebound post comp nice clean load up and grow lean. Then the plan is to float around the 12% body fat mark over the next year so the next prep will be a lot easier as I started this one at over 20%

    No mate I wouldn't have my photo taken not a very confident person and didn't want anyone to see, look OK in a t-shirt but shit when off. Started prep at 16st 10lbs current weight 13st 9lbs

    Thanks buddy it has been hard work

    Yeah both , dropped test today done last jab also dropped clen and t3 today too

    Now arimadex mom/wed/fri with tren e and mast e same days up to show day, drop the final bits water
