    This is why i fear I'll never get properly lean. I genuinely think I'd have to go as low as you but obviously relative to my size, so if you're on 2100.... I'd have to go to absolute poverty cals!

    Do you suffer much on that bro or are you used to it by this point? You don't eat too many in a growing phase those do you so is it all relative?

    You don't do cardio either, or has that come in now?

    Regarding kcals it's all relative really... even people with a fast metabolism have to drop their kcals to a point of uncomfortableness. For me 2100 is ok, i feel tired and lifeless at times m but a few caffeine tabs pre workout and whenever needed through the day and I'm not too bad.

    Cardio sucks balls tbh haha feels like such a waste of sleep time at times. I don't think it's necessary, I mean I've won shows in the past where i have done zero cardio. It's all calories in calories out, I could easily drop calories even lower and cut cardio down even more. I know that is something Paul is keen on doing though.

    Are you still working with Paul aka Pscarb despite him going through his troubles? If so, credit to the man!

    Really your total energy balance for the day must be around 1500 calorie mark roughly? I've heard you mention you've got a slow metabolism before but holding that much dense muscle I'd expect it to take some serious cals to keep you going - or at least on a typical person it would! What is the highest you push to calorie wise in the off season?

    Yeah Paul's still helping. He doesn't tell me what to eat or how to train etc. Literally gives me calories and protein to hit and cardio to do.

    Aaron, quads are great, look pretty lean. Why no abs popping? Are pecs weak point? Or just bad pic with bad light?

    Constructive criticism, I am not BB and never will be, also don't understand the game. Genuine questions BTW.

    Flat.

    Whenever I'm flat my abs go, chest goes and my delts look down.

    To the "untrained" eye I never look flat. But this is how i know.

    Skip loaded for 3 hours last night. Managed 2 bowls of cereal, 300ml of sorbet and passed out sweaty and heart racing.

    Up 5lbs to 271lbs this morning first thing. Back to 2100kcals now try and get more fat off
