my input, refeeds are so not neccessary, or work. all psychological. no one unless they r hydro weighed can say wether their fat loss sped up or increased, water has more to do with bodyfat being metabolised and burnt off than carbs do. but hey whos to debate real science over gurus.

i agree and my thoughts are the same as ures. purely physiological if having them weekly although i do feel higher cal periods are needed as a diet goes along.

hope ure well. what happend to you coming to boro mate?

Again, seems some peoples memories are lacking!!!

Im aware you have no weaknesses but i have yet to see these poses hit, rather than the arty stuff you post!!
