    Great session, Adam.
    The hack squat machine is something I sorely miss. Gives support to the lower back which solves many problems :)

    I haven't been posting a lot lately as I have been very busy but training and diet are both going very well. I have attached a progress photo.

    Thanks Floydy. I'm certainly giving it may all in and out of the gym. The strange thing is I have increased my food intake and still managed to drop a few pounds. I think I have now reverse dieted my way back up to maintenance so the fun part starts now.

    Starting stats 07/09/201 AND TODAYS STATS
    Height 5ft 7" NO CHANGE
    Weight 12stone 5lb 12ST 8LB
    Body Fat 10% 9%
    Chest 42" 42.5"
    Waist 32" 31.5"
    Thigh 24" 24.63"
    Calf 16" 16.25"
    Arm 15.5" 15.5"

    Looking back over the photos I think I did make a little progress towards my goal of a lean bulk. Body weight has gone up by 3lb and body fat has dropped 1%. As a natty I don't think I can ask for a lot more. I could have kept my diet a little tighter but I can honestly say for 99% of the time things were spot on. The only blip was a 4 day trip to London where my diet was off but other than that it was all good. Training was good and during the entire 12 weeks I did no cardio at all.

    @Dtlv

    I'm not sure how often you are on here but have a look over the thread to see how much progress has been made. :thumbs: Couldn't have done it on my own.

    @adam74 any way you could post the before and after pics side by side if you know what I mean.

    I think you've done well and your dedication has seriously impressed me all the way. You were already in decent shape when you came to me, and already doing a lot right and I'm just glad to have been able to help keep things going... and the cool thing is you are still are going, as the lean bulk you are on is by no means finished. It is of course entirely up to you how long you want to keep lean bulking then cutting a little, reversing and repeating - at some point you may well find you simply want to try something else, but one good thing about this first lean bulk cycle is it will set you up for greater overall results from the next one. What you've done so far is progressive, but also valuable in setting you up long term. Keep this level of dedication up and I have no doubt that you'll keep improving. :)

    I had a job just getting the pics up in the first place. I might try later if I have time and my old laptop doesn't meltdown.

    I'm happy pushing on with the lean bulk for the time being. Things are working well so why not see how far we can go with this. I will e-mail you later with my spreadsheet and weekly comments.
