Advise on what to take

Hello all,
I'm a newbie to the forum. Wanted guidance in how and what to take. I'm a 50 years of age, 6 feet 237 lbs. Looking to transform my body. Been eating fairly right and regularly exercising again. Want to drop to 200 lbs with lean muscle, strength and energy. What do you reccomend.
 
If you fix diet, get quality sleep and keep training consistently you’ll reach your goal.
 
The most important thing is take care of your diet, go to gym and ask your trainer to take time on you. Also read some books and articles about your training.
