took a tub of @Bigkiwi pre workout and got to the gym....not 100% but well enough to train so made it a shorter session (no shoulders or calves or abs) just to get back in and not wanker myself

DB Incline 54kg 1x20, 1x13 1x11 .....so 1st set same 2nd and 3rd sets a cpl of reps shy of pre illness....
Bench 70kg 1x15, 120kg 1x10, 120kg 1x10, 128kg 1x10....(was actually a new flat PB hahaha)
Slight incline DB Fly 22kg 1x15, 24kg 1x15, 24kg 1x14Tricep Push 54 1x20, 68 1x12, 78 1x10
reverse grip tricep pull - 3 sets

done....short and sweet in and out in 35mins - sweat on, felt tired but ok..... if ok will hit back tonight then do a shoulder workout with calves etc Friday (as off work) then back to the normal routine as of sunday

weight 113.7kg this morning... so off a bit.its just water as I looked waaaay leaner in gym last night....... no extra intra food or slin still ...... will treat myself to a jab today though..... Tren now gone :-( so we will be adding in Primo at 400mg a week with Test and Tbol for a while.....

Pull -as im slowly getting better I decided for ease to just write off last week and start again...so rather than ballsing around and trying to do legs on a weekday which would take me a few hours with all the waiting I just stick to my normal push/pull/rest/push/pull/rest/legs routine mon to sun....

so it was back again today..

Squats few warmups ...100kg 1x10 (ok) 120kg 1x10 (felt heavy), 130kg 1x10 , 140kg 1x6 (felt like a mountain....pissed me off)

ISO Leg Press... 50kg each side 1x15, 75kg each side 1x12, 80kg 1x12, 82.5kg each side 1x12 (new PB - made up forn the shite squatting)

weight 113.7kg this morning.... last remnents of cold/blocked nose still lurking about

so another week and will be 5 months post contest.... few slip ups with life (being sick and mrs etc) but overall pretty happy...weight has been higher but have trimmed back things a little , plus break from slin right now just for good order...

Cycle also adjusted.... will be having a few days away next week for Mrs birthday, just lounging around in nice hotel in Thailand.... bit of cardio and whatever set up they have (limited) so will be a nice break and then ill work out next steps....

Cycle now will be slightly adjusted also.... almost done on the EQ/Test blend so will just go for a straight test now at 1g a week.... Primo 300mg a week..... and got some anavar 50mg tabs which make life easy ..... so will be running that for the next while , calories trimmed back a tad...just small reduction in carbs ..... which has happened already....will just use next few weeks to try get a good feel for where I am and notch BF down a little....

even last week where I haven't been feeling absolute best strength still increasing so as long as that happens and im looking a bit better and feeling it then all good.... then pick some shows.... IFBB kindly added another KG to classic so can be 97.5kg or 98kg now (depending on who measures me) which makes a bit of difference if I choose to do that.... my prob is I just don't have the size for supers .... id need a shed load more muscle I think and to be prob another 30lbs heavier to look the part...which is a bloody big ask..... im already a HW via classic... but would do classic over due to size/height so if I do real BB then id have to do smaller show ..... rather than the big ones which I am qualified for as classic like Arnolds and Olympia AMs..... .. not really one to step back for an easier time though....

as im repping 20+ for the heaviest DBs in the gym (due to them being light not me being some beast) I am putting flat bench first for a bit...im not good at it and if shoulder gets too much ill go back to DB incline first)
