how's everyone keeping?! fuck me its been a while has it! notice it's quiet here though.. quick recap - I was due the snip reversal earlier this year & had to come off ALL gear for it.. it's all done & dusted now & I gave my spunk sample yesterday, so will see the results soon'ish. that's the only reason i came off.. i can craic on now & whatever the results are.. i know i've done what i could. I went to Croatia in may/june.. 3 weeks before this was the last time I jabbed any gear. its also the last time I trained well.. I've maybe been half a dozen times since then, but nothing at all for last couple month now. I couldn't be in worse shape rite now its just been a RIDICULOUS year. promotion at work. new house. moved in with the new missus. decorating & holidays.. left absolutely no time for the gym. I'd trained consistently for about 5 years, so this was a proper change in habit for me.. which I don't usually deal with well. creature of habit 100%. what happened though was I enjoyed not training a little too much to start with lol. now though im getting proper itch for it again. well timed too because im an absolute shithouse i'd imagine theres a fair few in the same boat around this time of year. i'm taking xmas/new year off.. then I plan on getting to work on this dadbod. genuinely next year I want to be the biggest/strongest/leanest I've ever been! if anyones keen we can start a joint journo again at the time & have a wee comp ongoing. ill be tough to beat this time I reckon.. participants do far - Me - @Fatbrah - @Mr mac - @TBLifter - @Raisin - @round 2 - @mal
