    Do you need to dismantle your scales and blow the dust out ala Plod?
    You're heavier than me by a little bit, but think you're a little taller (maybe an inch or 2). I don't think I'd ever want to be 120kg, would just be blowing out my arse constantly.

    120kg is what I weigh now. Think we’re about same height if I’m remembering right

    Yeah you’d deffo look big at 19 stone mate anyone would :lol:

    I mean am big now compared to normal prople but to be a big dog in gym terms takes that

    I get ya. I look massive compared to most people in the street but still don’t think I look overly muscular when it comes down it

    I reckon at 13-14% BF or whatever I am I’d need to be 130-140kg to actually feel well built

    Ain’t happening anytime soon is it

    I often wish it was the other way around. One slip and it’s fucked. Trying to drop weight is a fucking chore! Hence why I tend to stick to using DNP. Only thing that actually gets the flubber moving.

    It just comes back to my new favourite saying: We’re just pissing in the wind

    But you gotta have somet to do on a night after work ain’t ya may as well go the gym. Either that or pub like everyone else and just be a 120kg fat piss head

    I’m 105kg atm and still get people saying I’m massive or asking me what I can lift on occasion but in my head I don’t even look that much like i train anymore.

    Baffles my head as I genuinely feel small in my clothes and go around most days feeling like I need to bulk up and ‘get big’ again. I doubt I was ever bigger, just fatter but in your head your no bigger than everyone else and it’s a load of nonsense.

    If you could look objectively you’d see your twice the size of all the people around you.

    Mad the way your brain works though with the constant thinking about it, I’ve got no intention of doing anything about it as without tren I just don’t have the autism levels i so just ignore it, but It’s a madness really, it’s defo a mental illness.
