Anxiety and muscle relaxants

What's your go to do or anxiety and muscle relaxants. I used to use diaz now and again but hears Xanax is good but find it hard to locate both at the moment. What's your go to for this? Weed?
 
quarter or half a diaz always does me.

xanax is basically diaz but i believe it kicks in slightly quicker.

tons of fake pharma of both going around. I use Galenika, they've always been fairly decent.

Last batch I had of galenika was shyte

Saying that I did use a different source for them

In the past they were always my favourite vallies

Xanax for sleep is very good and anxiety in general but soooo mourish and can become a slippery slope

yeah Diaz is a minefield

the Gals i get definitely have something in, whether its 10mg i'm not so sure. Still, a quarter of a tab puts me into a deep rem sleep and dont feel dazed on waking.

You’d be better off with a time release beta blocker if it’s just general anxiety.

benzos arent great long term but no issue with likes or propranolol. I’ve been using it for 13 years give or take
 
I don't think beta blockers are the same, I have beta blockers and I have benzos sometimes you need more than a adrenaline block. Also for those that take small amounts of benzos try it with a strong chamomile tea, it's a real synergy that the two are more beneficial than the two halves. Also be careful. Might try some somatic movement 15-30 minutes whenever you need it. Helps with anxiety, body awareness, trauma release. Increased recovery rate, gets rid of lactic acid real fast. Retrains the nervous system. Weed or CBD oil works for a lot of people. Strain dependant though. Meditation.
 
Yeah I’ve heard good things about somatic movement but haven’t really tried it yet. Seems like it could help with overall relaxation and body awareness. CBD is something a lot of people turn to as well strain and dosage make a difference. Could be something to explore alongside movement practices. Do you follow a specific somatic routine or just go with whatever feels right at the time?
 
I just go with the basics with the somatics. It can stir up a lot of shit from the past. Prefer Tai Chi over the somatics but they do go well together. Stopped weed completely (no cbd either). Cheers:thumb:
