    For someone like twocan I don’t think you need to worry too much about size being a negative thing as the years roll on. My uncle is mid 70s and still 19st at 6ft. Not that fat either. He’s been 16-19st since he was a teen. I was never destined to be big so I know getting heavy to be bigger would be detrimental to my health. I think I’ll
    Have to accept a limit of about 200lb now.

    Same. Once I hit 40 I'm going to start stepping down to 200lbsish, then maybe 180lbsish by in 60. I was 125lbs when I started lifting at 17 though. Very small frame.

    Bit older than you pal not much in it though! I thought i would of accepted trt life by now but its boring isnt it gunna run this test and primo then all being well will treat myself to tren over summer i think

    Look alot bettet after a week on the clean living and traning been pissing like a racehorse all week but lost a fait bit of the christmas crap, feel alot healthier aswell gives you motivation again dosent it

    I did a set of 20 dips with 65kg strapped around my waist last night. After doing sets with 22.5kg x 20 and 45kg x 20. Thats a PB

    I feel like a new man on this cycle. A better man

    SD is the shit at 40mg a day

    Similar ish to me. Started weight lifting at just over 10 stone and being very thin/athletic. I remember it was a huge sense of accomplishment getting to 12 stone then 13 etc. at my biggest/heaviest I have been 259lbs which is around 18.5 stone. I am now ‘natty’ and sat at ~220lbs. I suspect I will drop to 200 sooner rather than later and eventually 180 as I was never meant to be a ‘big’ guy.

    Yeah, I'm never posting pictures or anything. I don't do social media and don't like posting personal stuff on the internet. I'm 233lbs, was just over 240lbs a few months ago.
