This will be the second year we have held this show, we started it so Competitive Bodybuilders would have more than one or two shows in Scotland, the show is run by Bodybuilders who have been on stage and disappointed for various reasons with venues, how they were treated etc., we aim to provide the best show, top facilities, changing area's/pump up rooms/showers/rest area's/make up rooms etc.
We also supply a buffet meal during the interval for all competitive Bodybuilders, if you want a bit of healthy or junk food through the day.

The overall winner in 2013 won a £1000 holiday voucher, there will be another top price for overall again this year, including supplements and smaller prizes for class winners.

We hope you come and support this local show, so we can continue to grow and put on quality shows for all bodybuilders years to come.

There will be some stalls on the day.

Mind and say hello if your coming, I will be the daft works running about like a numpty!!! Lol.

    Well guys and girls,

Show set up starts today, have the staging and lighting going up.

Then will be sorting out all the seating/pump up rooms/registration etc.

So should be a busy few days ahead to ensure everything in place for doors opening 10am on Saturday 5th April.

Hope all competitors are raring to go, and best of luck to all who will be on stage this year, at this show and the few other shows to follow. Over every weekend for the next few weeks.

    Travel
Weebam is correct, there also a Travelodge on the Kingsway, just around the corner 5 min in a car, premier is just a minute closer, and beside a few eating places!!! On the Kingsway, which is one of the main routes into Dundee from Perth.

Show was a good success, a few small classes which was no the best, but a gr8 crowd and some superb physiques on stage. Will do a quick review later.
