Are Biorhythms a thing ?

It's just that todays training was a bit lacking maybe a de load week is due. Do others find themselves feeling the same at times ? Got up really early & was looking forward to the session but was just not firing on all cylinders. Cheers
 
No idea what a bio rhythm is! But bad sessions happen time to time, if your having bad sessions all week then yeah, consider a load or a few days to a week off fully

Anything I've seen out biorhythms screams pseudoscience.

But sometimes we cannot perform as we would like. Just got to work out the cause ( could be need of a deload or lack of sleep, or nutritional, or other life stressors etc.)
