Just got back from holiday today so ready to start adding some weight to my frame.
I've had 3 or 4 logs before but they always end up living a short life, see how long this one runs [emoji23]
I have Neil Deighton doing my training but supps and diet I do myself, I'll be logging everything here, for dig to see to
Training is currently 3 times a week p/p/l
6/7 meals a day depending on training day or not
I'll be putting form vids up as well as regular pictures
@Con helped me get in shape pre holiday and he done a great job with me keeping it simple and pretty easy all things considered.
