Just got back from holiday today so ready to start adding some weight to my frame. I've had 3 or 4 logs before but they always end up living a short life, see how long this one runs [emoji23] I have Neil Deighton doing my training but supps and diet I do myself, I'll be logging everything here, for dig to see to Training is currently 3 times a week p/p/l 6/7 meals a day depending on training day or not I'll be putting form vids up as well as regular pictures @Con helped me get in shape pre holiday and he done a great job with me keeping it simple and pretty easy all things considered. Pics are from end of cut with con... Pics before flight to Spain... Pic taken yesterday holding about 20lbs of all inclusive water lol... So lots of water to come off now and then to get growing again
Lost around 16/18lbs bud He took over for last 12 weeks or so. Just makes it easy for you tbh, nothing major, it's not a prep for a show do should be comfortable

Thanks Mike Diet currently is all pro/carb meals as job is a calorie burner. I have lots of food around training and a red meat meal last meal of day, also have a mid-night meal in there and food sources are chicken and turkey/rice and pots with loads of veg. Breakfast is oats egg whites whey etc Very basic n boring lol
Lol i do feel like one mate Yea I'm hoping to just keep condition and add some decent size. Will be coming off soon and cruising for a while so see how that goes with regards to size and strength etc
Been back in the country less than 20hrs and I've already had to clean 2 lots of sick up and bag up 2 lots of bedding Hence the early morning posts Lots of caff to get through back today I reckon
