Attaching Weights To Ankles

Dear all,

I'm trying to master the dumbbell hamstring curl at home:


The weights, however, keep slipping and sliding etc.

Anyone know of any straps etc. that can be attached round the ankles and then fastened to the dumbbell?

It takes a bit of practice but this is what makes this exercise great. You have to grip the bell hard with your feet which in turn forces your adductors to work. You can’t use a lot of weight. I use a 17-20kg bell max when doing them
 
Couldn't you get some of those ankle cuffs that girls use on the cable machines, with the carbineers on them, and either link them to chains or bands?

not sure if you still get these iron boots but back in the Day they used them
