    I've got about 10 to keep me going bud.

    Only on 20mcg a day but I do suffer with cramps.

    Rugby training tonight ?

    The thing is once you've played rugby at open age, it's always there in the back of your mind wanting to get back on the field, every time it's on tv or someone talks about it the feeling comes back, the season starts on 27th and am very tempted to start again.

    Calf and ankle are driving me crazy..had to sit training out tonight as I coukd feel my ankle wanting to give way, with just mild jogging....i did get it taped up was just too loose and I had ran out of strapping.

    I'm looking on the Internet to see what's available in terms of supports. Does anyone have any experience with them ?

    Cracking back session. Hit 50 wide grip chins in 4 sets and some decent numbers on bent over rows etc... pumped to fuck come the end

    Laying off all cv for a few days until my ankle strap turns up! Just don't have any confidence in it at the moment.

    Fitness has improved loads and so has my body shape

    Cheers pal yeah it.was wrapped like that, plus some extra support. I spoke to him today and he said it probably needed to be tighter.

    Good chest session tonight..

    Pressing the 44kgs for 5 sets supersetted with press ups, is bastard hard work !!! Started off hitting 18 odd reps on pressjng and ended up only getting 8-10 on last set.

    The rest of the session was a blur !! On a plus note, I managed to strap the ankle right up and get 7 mins of pretty much non stop circuits!!! Leg pumps were just too much come the end.

    In other news, im planning on getting my neck tattooed...not all the way up but the below pic shows a rough outline of where it'll be. The next pic is the kind of design I want, only with a bit more black and grey with red popping out

    Just booked in 3 full days now to get done before xmas :)

    How you having that design? You wrapping it round the neck or making it open up to go up your neck?

    What's thr plans for tattoos mate ?

    I think it'll go back onto my traps, up to my ear lobe and then across my beard line, don't want it all the way up mate

    Really that will look good man, I envy you being able to have them where you want

    For me I'm getting my chest done,religous stuff. Having my arm finished with a few bits and bobs like my girls names and then there 6 week old hand prints.

    Then third session will be start my right arm

    When you getting your neck done?
