Cheers ears It has a bit...forgot to mention i keep carbs really low now, basically I have hardly anything until an hr before training and then I have a decent serving right after training. Gear wise I'm just running 2 ml of test hyp a week. So 600 mg total. Non stims or fat burners what so ever.
Camera angle helps D but it has and continues to stay in check, considering its my holding area for fat im happy bud
