Yesterday I was shoveling the snow. It took me 3 hours. I was honestly so sore. I woke up this morning with my back and shoulders with pain. Today was Hamstrings and quads at the end. It was a hamstring focused workout. I also did 60 minutes of cardio. I only managed to do 120 minutes of cardio this week. I am supposed to do 180 minutes of cardio a week. I told Andy that I was going to Nandos for my brother birthday today. He was ok with that. He has added calories, so it was not too a big deal. With Nandos, you can eat healthier. Hamstrings and quads were sore. I tried a new squat machine today. It came from another extreme gym. I think the Motherwell Extreme has closed temporary. You can hold onto the machine and squat. It was a really good feeling. I messed around with the weights. It was my first time using the machine, so I was not sure what weight I had to use. I made some strength gains because of the time off from the gym and work. My check in is tomorrow. I am not looking forward to it lol. Tomorrow will be chest and arms and then 60 minutes of cardio.
