Bad Chest Genetics?

    Hi All,

    I’ve been training for three years now and have always noticed a particularly weak chest.

    Despite gaining some good size over the last few years, my chest seems to have an odd shape and looks like it’s lacking somewhat.

    Do you think this is down to genetics? I have a couple of friends who have be. training for over a year less than myself, who both have better chests than me.

    Maybe there’s a section of my chest that’s weak and I need to focus on, but would be great to have some advice.

    Looks like you have a fairly narrow flat ribcage but a relatively wide sternum between the ribs. That combo creates that kind of gap between the lower pecs and is unfortunately genetic - you can't out-train it.

    The flat ribcage also sets you up for poor leverage when bench pressing so you are unlikely to progress quickly when attempting to continually increase loads. Delts and triceps likely will take more of the brunt. My advice is to incorporate some cable crossovers and use them as a main chest exercise along with a chest press of some kind. Cable crossovers allow you to circumvent the leverage issues when chest pressing and hit the pecs harder. All in all though just keep plodding. The bigger you get overall the better your chest will look.

    The big anal gape also sets you up for poor farting as when bench pressing so you are unlikely to progress quickly due to anal leakage when attempting to continually increase loads. Glutimus maximus likely will take more of the brunt. My advice is to incorporate some smaller, white man penises and use them as a main bum exercise along with a butt plug of some kind. Love eggs allow you to circumvent the leverage issues when fingering your bum and hit the rim harder. All in all though just keep plodding. The bigger cock you get overall the bigger your ring piece will look.
