Baileys Big 3

    Appetite has been non existent and haven't felt right all week. Have only trained once so far.

    I've managed to get some food in today, will hopefully eat as much as possible and get back into the gym tommorow. I have 3 sessions still to hit for the week

    Feeling back to normal today. Today's food...

    4xweetabix
    50g oats 50g whey

    *Training bench*

    Chicken paella
    Tub of skyr
    50g oats 50g whey
    Chicken and fired rice with veg
    Some jaffa cakes

    Works out at 2930cal 350c 65f 210p

    Definitely a bit bigger and stronger, not as lean as I was but I'm happy where I am.

    Main thing is I'm enjoying training and getting stronger.

    Good session today, core and hams were still fatigued from Saturdays so was happy with how well the squats felt.

    Got my next 4 week block through from Liam, if all targets are hit week 3 will be rep pbs and week 4 will be weight pbs.

    Food will be high and recovery will be important over the next 4 weeks.

    2 chicken chargrill rolls
    200g chicken 4x flatbreads

    Felt tired going in and everything felt heavy today, feeling the effects from yesterday's squats.

    going to change training days around for extra recovery...

    F deadlifts
    If I do a 4th session it will be a bench day on a Saturday.

    50g whey 50g oats X2
    3 bananas
    180g chicken 4 slices bread
    Baked potato 200g chicken
    2 crumpets
    Chicken paella

    Could probably do with upping fats a wee bit so I'll add in some pb before bed
