    Goal - 11kg weight loss (2lb a week)


    Start weight 104kg / Goal Weight 93kg

    Starting inches: 45 bust, 44.5 waist, 55 hips
    28.9.14 - 45 bust , 41.5 waist, 52.5 hips (lost 3 from waist and 2.5 from hips) Total loss 5.5 inches

    Wednesday Weigh In's:

    Thanks Becks. Will be sure to.include it. Although only training for deadlift at moment. Will be adding squat and bench occasionally but just light. :-)

    Pics are done.. scary as hell having them in front of me. Uploading and will be brave - it's the closest you'll get me to a bikini and I'm NOT a small girl so please skip them if you're too near having lunch. What I will say is that the last pics I had done like this were when I was 20kg smaller so I won't be like this forever, I AM transforming competition or not. Powerlifting as you all know firms up wobbly bits and am only back in the gym the last 3 weeks.
    When I need motivation these pics will do it for sure.
