Have posted the pics up for the comp. To say I am mortified would be an understatement! Serious motivation though! I'm 92.4kg which is also not good. Hoping some of that is from eating a load of rubbish over Xmas. Basic plan is 2000 cals a day. 160g protein. Up my water intake Train 3-4 times per week Add cardio as necessary Training wise I'm trying to increase strength on the 3 big lifts. Hopefully get a bit of muscle in the process. Any other ladies entering this?
