Becks' Much Needed Transformation 2017

    I'm hoping it's just a soft tissue injury. Getting sharp pain every so often but usually just a dull ache.
    Feels a lot better standing/sitting still.
    Got physio tomorrow afternoon so hopefully they can give me a heads up.

    I do that with vimto! Taking 5 litres a day and it's becoming habit lol!

    Physio today, been told I have a bulging disc.
    Also been told not to trainbut to keep relatively active. Minimal sitting.
    So much for my thoughts of getting to watch boxsets back to back.

    Despite no training I've managed to be spot on with the things I can do.
    Calories, protein sleep and water intake have all been sorted today.

    Been going quietly nuts with not being able to train. Food went to pot the last couple of days.
    Trying to rein it in but on hols for a week from Sunday so a big part of me (the fat part) is thinking why bother? The other part is all about minimising damage for when I get back.

    Did a little bit of training on holiday. Hotel gym was pretty basic so just did arms and shoulders. Kept active with lots of walking.
    Back is feeling loads better so the break definitely helped. Haven't tried squats or deads yet though.
    Was looking forward to getting back into training and came down with a stomach bug/food poisoning. Even water wasn't possible, just started on a little bit of toast but it's not quite the diet I was envisaging!
