Becks Time To Get Cracking Transformation 2014

    Want to get this started, just getting back into proper training after injuries.

    Main goals are fat loss and to increase/maintain muscle mass.

    Have been entered into a half marathon early next year so will be using training for this as my cardio. Not ideal as I prefer interval training but never mind.

    Will put pics and measurements up later on. Would like a Dexascan but will see how it goes.

    Hi and good luck!
    I'm 3 weeks back into training so early days for me too (stupidly took a year off due to outside commitments - which is why just deadlift training at the moment). I'm carrying an injury to my foot but working round it.

    Really hope you do well and see your marathon training help you in the fat loss.

    Thankyou, I've had tendinitis in my shoulder and knee problems (half marathon already sounds like a crap idea!).
    Had enough of feeling pudgy and weak though :)

    Really sympathise. My husband gets tendonitis horrible as it flairs up in various joints so he has to be careful.

    I'm sure you'll get on great!

    Hope the barcode one is ok, couldn't get it any bigger on my laptop.

    Main measurements are:-

    Navel-39 inches
    Hips - 42.25 inches
    Right thigh - 22.75 inches
    Right calf - 17 inches
    Right bicep 13.25 inches,14.25 inches (flexed).
    Chest 35.5 inches

    Like me toughest bit done. Once the pics are up there up and it's a good kick up the butt to start. Everyone is supportive so I'm using the before pics in a positive light to really try for a transformation

    Weighed in this morning first thing and I'm 87.8kg!!

    Legs today, very short and basic.

    Leg press x 4
    Leg ext x 3 +1 drop set
    Leg curl x 3 + 1 drop set
    Reverse hypers x 3

    No squat rack at this gym so will hopefully be back at my old gym next week :)

    Not much to report, trying to stick to roughly 2000 cals and highish protein. Enjoying the gym again which is nice :)

    Plate loaded chest press x4
    Flat D/b press x3
    Standing d/b press x3
    Side laterals x3
    Deadlifts x3
    Lat pulldown x3

    Deadlifts killed me and my forearms were dead but I really enjoyed them.
    Now to up the weight :)

    45 leg press x4
    Hack Squat x3
    Hyper extensions x3
    Leg curl x3 + 1 drop set

    Feel shattered but in a good way :)
