Becks Time To Get Cracking Transformation 2014

    Slotted arms in yesterday. Diet has been pretty good.

    Arms were

    D/bell curls x3
    Ez bar cable push down x3 +1 drop set
    Ez bar cable curl x3 + 1 drop set
    Overhead cable extension x3

    Going to start adding in more cardio this week, need to strip the fat.

    Weighed in this morning, this is happening weekly and checking measurements every 2 weeks.

    86.8kg this morning so 1kg off.
    Would have liked more but it's all good.

    Had a rather good little back and shoulders workout. Really squeezed my back muscles on each rep.

    Deadlifts x3
    Lat pulldown x4 + 1 drop set
    Single arm D/bell row x 3 (non-stop)
    Standing military press x3
    D/bell laterals x3 + 1 drop set
    Rear delt machine x3 + 1 drop set

    Upped weight on Deadlifts and I'm still not using straps yet. Determined to bring up my grip strength.

    Had my first crap workout of the transformation.
    Head just wasn't right and went through the motions.

    Chest and arms was:-

    Incline D/bell press x4
    Machine Flye x3
    Machine press x2 (shoulder was twinging badly during these, not impressed)

    Ez bar curls x3
    Ez bar cable press downs x3
    D/bell curls x3
    Overhead rope ext x3 + 1 drop set

    Finished off the week with legs. Visited Ripped Gym in Basildon, lovely gym with loads of nice kit. Music was bloody loud though!

    45 degree leg press x 4
    Hyper extensions x3
    Leg extensions x3 + 1 drop set
    Single leg curl x3 + 1 drop set
    Standing calf raise x3

    Was a good session, definitely going back.

    Back and shoulders on Tuesday.

    Lat pulldown x4
    Deadlifts x3
    Seated row x4
    Military press x3
    Lateral machine x3
    Rear delt Flye x3

    Had a much better chest workout this time.
    Incline d/bell x4 plus assisted reps
    Incline Flye x3
    Chest press machine x3 + 2 drop sets
    Had a training partner for a change which did make a big difference.

    An excellent arm workout, again with a partner.
    D/bell curls x4
    Cable curls x3
    Skull crushers x3
    Overhead rope ext x3
    Press downs x2

    Spotter really helped me to push myself on the skull crushers. Helps to know your not going to have a broken nose if you cock it up!
    Legs tomorrow, can't wait :)

    Thank you, trying to keep consistent. Would like a few PBs by the end of this. Particularly on deads and military press.
    Food has been shocking,(birthday celebrations)! Ate a massive ice cream sundae yesterday and feel awful today. Punishment for stuffing face obviously!

    Was right up for legs all morning, then just felt rubbish when u got to the gym.

    45 degree leg press x4 (good weight on these)
    Leg extension x4
    Lying leg curl x3
    Seated calf raise x3
    Standing calf raise x2

    Just faffing about with the calf stuff to be honest. Haven't done anything for them in months and they're still 17inches!! Lot of fat on there though.

    Apol's I haven't been in here for a while, Becks. Is your training going well these days? This ^ looks good. Do you still hang upside down as well? T:thumb:

    Thank you everyone. I don't think I've lost much actual weight but trousers feel looser :)
    Weights are slowly going up but really need to get some cardio done.
    Going away next week which won't help the eating! Gym shouldn't be a problem though.
