Becks Time To Get Cracking Transformation 2014

    Thank you, DOMS will be interesting tomorrow :)
    Would like to hit 100kg on the deadlift, I'm not a power lifter but enjoy testing myself.

    If you set your mind to it there is no reason you won't do 100KG.

    Had no car for 2 weeks due to epic MOT failure!! Long story short, no training. Not impressed.
    Diet has also been cack so really want to go all out for the last bit.

    Chest and arms today and I already ache.
    Incline D/bell press x3
    Flat d/bell flye x3 supersetted with
    Flat d/bell press x3
    Ez bar curl x3
    D/bell curl x3
    Cable press down x3 + 1 drop set
    Overhead rope ext x3 +1 dropset

    Cardio yesterday and legs today.
    Squats x4
    Squat machine x4
    Leg curl x3 + 2 drop sets
    Leg ext x3 + 1 drop set

    Legs in bits so short but sweet.

    Cardio yesterday, legs were still in pieces.
    Back and delts tonight. Back was ok, delts are going to kill tomorrow!

    Went to a different gym so back was deadlifts plus playing on various hammer strength kit.
    Delts was pressing and laterals but with numerous drop and burn out sets. Felt sick after!!

    Thanks, car thing was seriously annoying and now I've got a car I have zero excuses. Just getting it done.

    Putting up pics basically to start again. Been the most unwell I've been in years. As a consequence of this asthma has been diabolical.
    Not impressed at all!!
