No a lot to update. Switching back to previous diet of carbs with every meal except last, as not liking the CBL approach. Being honest i am struggling a bit at the moment WRT motivation and the enjoyment of it all. Its annoying going into the gym and each session just being about trying to hold on to numbers that were previously very easy, hate feeling like theres no progress being made. But its what needs to be done i guess. Keep looking back at pictures from last year too where i was finally becoming happy with how i was looking which doesnt help *sobs* Anyway, i soldier on, legs tonight and hoping knees not going to give me any hassle
