Bertos Uninspiring Training Log.

    Gentlemen prepare to be underwhelmed.

    Mediocre training log heading your way.

    Current stats 6'1

    16 stone 1 dropped 13 lb since Christmas on veganish diet and reducing snacking/portion size.

    Train 4x pw, arms, chest and shoulders, back, legs.

    Abs included where time permits once per week, always weighted.

    Oh and current gear use.
    500 omnadren per week.
    3iu hcg 5x pw
    500 hcg x2 pw
    . 5 anastrozole x 3 pw

    Will introduce winny 50 on training days soon.

    Diet will describe as I go. Basically healthy, moderate carbs, protein each meal.

    Eat 7-8 times a day. Very little processed food.

    Training is based on a theory of two things, consistency and mixing it up.

    Basically will keep one core exercise eg bench and push hard week on week. Then I will rotate in a couple of other exercises ie flies, pec Dec, incline etc and play with reps and weight each week. Try to listen to my body, but push hard 95% of sessions.

    Lol. Missus is doing for weightloss so trying for a month to see what impact.

    Certainly not my usual diet.

    Been interesting.

    Will upload current condition over weekend from front. Only recent one of back attached from tattoo session. Apologies not great but gives idea, not tensed, so definition doesn't really show.

    Back day,

    Single arm dumbell shrugs, 4 sets 40 kg, rocus on good ROM.

    Lat pull downs, 3 different grips. Various weights. 4 sets of each.

    Wide grip rows 3 x 10
    Narrow grip 3 x 15

    Dumbell rows 4 sets working from 40 to 60 kg

    45 mins in and out.
