    Back a little tight after rack pulls yesterday. 400 ibrufen down the neck, will hit gym about an hour later than originally planned.
    Hopefully loosen up a bit by then.

    Chest and shoulders

    Back still a little tight so sacked abs and adjusted workout to work around.

    Chest:

    Incline press up to 120kg.
    Pec deck, stack 4 x 10
    Cable flies

    Shoulders:

    Seated press up to 70kg
    Adapted press on back machine 4 sets
    Band pulls for rear flies 4 sets

    Felt strong today, enjoyed the workout.

    Had a bit of a pig out yesterday eve as took kids out for birthday, so felt nice and full compared to current cals at running just about maintenance.

    Will drop cals next week to few hundred below maintenance as hit the 4 weeks till holiday mark on Tuesday.

    Legs day...

    Weight up on extensions from 230 to 250. Was hitting 8x20 on 230.
    Small weight jump fucked my performance.

    Sets as follows, 20, 18, 16, 15, 13, 13, 12, 11.

    Ah well something to improve on. Will keep pushing till I get to 8x 20 again.

    4 x hacks

    8 leg curls (lying/seated)

    Calves 8 sets.

    Had free pass to local hotel spa and gym.

    Fucking shite lol.

    Arms worked but too crap to write up.

    Back day.

    Felt a bit restricted as had work done on my back tattoo yesterday. However OK session.

    Dumbell rows 4 sets

    Wide and medium grip pull downs 4 sets of each.

    Decline pull downs medium and narrow 4 sets of each.

    Two types of machine rows 3 sets.

    Dumbell unilateral shrugs 4 sets.

    No change to current PEDs.

    Weight gone up 4lb but looking a bit leaner. Not quite sure what's caused this, but not complaining.

    Chest and shoulders. Still being a bit careful of back so switched exercises where needed.

    Incline press x4
    Seated shoulder press x4

    Pec Dec x4
    Flies x4

    Cable cross overs x4
    Log press x4

    Need to get my head down and do some interview prep this afternoon. Also need to avoid the temptation to do anything but this.

    Extensions 250. Some improvements from last week.
    20, 19, 18, 18, 18, 16, 16, 13.
    Progress so happy.

    Hack squats x4

    Curls x4

    Calves x8

    Abs 11 sets of mixed weighted.

    Noticed my CV fitness is not great at mo since lingering chest cold. Started incorporating 10-15 mins CV at the end of sessions when time allows. Cross trainer today. Sucked monkey balls, hate static training.

    Cycle remains 450 test e, 4iu hgh 5 days a week. .5 addex twice a week, 500 hcg twice a week. 50mg winnie, should be every day, probably remember 4 times a week.

    Weight today 16'6.

    Diet update, now eating vegetarian rather than vegan.

    Enjoying eggs, cottage cheese being back in diet. Missed scrambled egg for breakfast a lot lol.

    Not noticed any negative changes in gym since not eating meat. Sort of thought I would so been a bonus.

    Supersets of everything

    Preacher curls 4 x10-15
    Dips 4 x12

    Seated curls 4 x10
    Kick backs 4 x 10

    Seated rope pull downs 4x 12
    Body weight pulls 4 x10

    Abs 8 sets of weighted

    No change to gear.

    About 2 weeks left of growth.

    All other cycle components remain the same.

    Weight 16 "6 last night

    Life is busy mental. Plan to catch up as much as I can on training at weekend.

    Nipped and did 20 mins cardio today, stress levels high, this took the edge of it a little.

    Shoulder press 70kg 4 x 8-10
    Incline press 110 kg 8, 8, 6, 6

    Pec Dec 4 x 9
    Shoulder press variation 4 x 10

    Rear shoulders 4 x 10
    Flat BP dumbells 2 x 10
    Flies 2 x 10

    Absolutely shattered at moment. Looking forward to getting away for a month.

    16 days to go.

    Pull downs wide and medium grip 4 sets of both

    Unilateral shrugs 4 x 10

    Dumbell rows 4 sets of 7-8

    2 different sets of rows 3 sets of each.

    Shit sleep last night, workout OK but not usual levels of motivation. Cracked on though.

    Tri and bi completed earlier in week. Internal shoulder pain has meant have not done anything for a few days to allow recovery.

    Back today, kept it light and higher reps. Shoulder gave a few twinges but ok.

    Legs tomorrow so hopefully back on routine next week.
