    Cancelled 4 week trip to Asia today (due to go in a week).

    Gutted to be honest, rebooking for 3 weeks Vietnam and Thailand in Nov, then Japan two weeks in April 21.

    Cunty poxy virus.

    Not posted for a few days. Work has been fucking mental due to the current situation.

    Setting up equipment at home to see me though. Just had to order few new bars following cunts borrowing stuff and not returning.
    About 200 kg of rusty but ok steel weights though so thats good.
    Will post routine as it develops.

    Be interested in others leg routine at home. This is my biggest worry, ending up looking like Mr no leg day..

    Leg extensions and leg curls with a band. Bulgarian and normal squat with band.

    Clean into front squat
    Lunges
    Split squats
    Lying leg curl with weight between feet

    Check out Spanish squats
    Use a bench and put weights in front of your toes so your feet dont move

    First home session today. Went for arms as easiest to do with current equipment before new bars arrive.

    Bi's

    Dumbell curls
    E-z bar curls
    Concentration curls

    Tris

    One arm over head press
    Skull crushers
    Kick backs

    Elbows hurting already. Forgot skull crushers and my elbows don't mix.
    Will bin these as soon as additional bars arrive allowing me to mix exercises up a bit more.

    Dropped to TRT dose, may as well minimise impact on immune system. Guaranteed I will pick virus up via work at some point, so seems sensible to do this.

    Oh and thanks for the leg exercise ideas, will take a look at some of the less familiar ones.

    So day 2 at home. Picking up 6ft bar and a couple of 25kg plates in morning which will help.

    Chest and shoulders

    Dumbell press 37.5kg 9 sets across 3 bench heights, flat, incline, high Incline.

    Flies 4 sets flat, 4 Incline.

    Resistance band press 4 sets.

    Shoulders

    Dumbell press x 4
    Resistance band side flies x 4
    Resistance band rear flies x 4
    Barbell press using E-z bar x 4

    Roman chair type sit ups.

    Thanks Doink. May give that a try at weekend. Looks hideous in a good way.
    Luckily managed to pick plates and bar up last night so enough equipment to have a half decent work out. Should keep me relatively sane.

    Back day.

    Managed to rig some steel tubing across joists in garage so pull up possible.

    Pull ups 2 variations 4 sets of each
    Dumbell rows 4 x10
    Resistance band rows 4 x10
    Home version of rack pulls 4 x 10
    Shrugs 4 x 15

    Felt OK actually, added some new exercises due to necessity so new challenge to up weight and reps.

    Chest and shoulders, should have been legs but swapped to tomorrow as fatigued so could not be arsed today.

    Flat bp worked up to 120, still need to get used to home set up.

    Incline BP higher reps 95k x 4 sets

    Flat flies and Incline 8 total sets

    Military press 4 sets up to 60kg

    Flies front and side

    Band used for rear delts.

    Enjoyable session, reminiscent of training in mates garage 20 years ago, just minus the spliff and piss taking.

    First home leg day. Not great.

    Squats. No rack so can't get enough weight to feel meaningful.

    4 sets 60 kg.

    Going to try using two wheelie bins with a bit of ply over to stop lids buckling next time as home made stands to increase weight.

    Walking lunges 4 sets.

    Tried leg ext with bands. Couldn't get it right.

    Leg curls with bands. OKish 4 sets.

    Ran 1 mile. Skipping about 5 mins. Will build up.

    Not satisfying. Will review suggestions in thread and add further.

    Finished with some roman chair and ab wheel.

    Effectively doing P,P, L as working a 3 on 3 off pattern for next few months.

    Pull ups Wide grip and parallel. 4 sets of each.
    Deadlifts 4 sets.
    Tbar rows 4 sets
    Dumbell rows 4 sets
    Shrugs 4 sets

    Narrow grip curls (heavy) 4 sets
    Dumbell curls 4 sets
    Concentration curls 4 sets to failure

    Chest, shoulders and tris.

    Flat BP and Incline, 4 sets working up to 130kg
    Incline flies dumbell
    Resistance band presses

    Arnold press
    Resistance band rear delts
    Lateral raises

    Tricep pull downs resistance band
    JM press
    Kick backs.

    Ran 1 mile with missus. Done, feeling better working out at home now adapting routine.

    Test 240 mg. Will drop 30 mg a week for next 2 weeks then stabilise.

    3iu gh 5 days a week. Thinking of increasing to 4iu eod.
