    Hello guys,

Given the current situation, what are you all taking to help boost immunity? What are the best supplements/vitamins to help strengthen the immune sytem? I read about Vit D, C and Zinc being good, let me know your thoughts.

Exclude vegetables and cardio from the list, I am purely interested in supplements.

Would be interested to hear what most people are taking and when you were last sick and your thoughts on this.

    Stay well

    Rob

I don't have any direct information suggesting there's a link but I've been seeing a lot lately about the importance of gut health in relation to helping out with all kinds illnesses. Maybe worth considering ?

I have been culturing my own Kefir for a while now. I still get sick but hammering the gear and training will always take it's toll no matter what supplements etc are being used

    Ginger and garlic tea, mate.

    It is all you need.

anti inflammatory and proven to be good for immune system, body and against respiratory diseases.

Apart from that just the usual multi vitamins.

    Garlic - Heart Health

    +Greens Powder.
    +Whey
