    Recomp a touch from here and you get he best of both worlds for a while

    Then when ready I would drop the tren use primo if you were to continue gear use

    The before and after I posted took me 12 weeks. Yours took what? 9 months???

    All your thinking is drugs drugs drugs

    Without getting your diet and training as your priorities you will never the most out of bodybuilding

    Your taking about what starting cakes should you be on and starting gear dose etc is all the wrong way to think,

    Your finishing calories from the cut should be your base point. You should add in day 50g carbs(I added in a scoop of dextrose intra workout)

    Then see what the mirror and scales say. Same with gear. You can’t keep clogging the gear and expect to get more out of it. Give your body a break and then add in gear. Your growing you won’t need a lot

    Food is your most anabolic thing you can use.



    But in all seriousness just use 3g tren enth a day and see how you go

    I was like 15% Bf above you in my first before picture and most of that cut was simply test prop. Depends which one you're talking about. Right now I've dropped from 25% bf to where I am in 3 months.

    What can drugs do with diet and training not dialed in , I think after 3 years of blasting and transforming I've found out that much.
    I think I can handle my diet and training myself pretty well, the basics are ok. I was interested in the extras.
    I'm simply trying to underrstand the way noel and pooley are thinking when they say i would be getting skinny if i continued to cut. I'm not trying to prove they're wrong or anything. I need the best advice possible.

    just fucked up today, woke up at 3 am, downed some cookies and biscuits, now at 5 pm im downing some more, i feel overheating all over, lethargic and just woke up from a 1 hour slumber. ugh. think im going to finish the day with KFC.

    Im on it. Woke up looking pretty good considering what I ate but couldnt sleep cause of overheating issues, oversweating and huge blood pressure spikes.literally felt the blood bashing into arteries walls and was twisting and turning in bed and breathing fast. Thought I'd wake up being a huge water baloon but didnt happen, that's nice.
