Big Dosages

    Let's deal with the known facts on this board only. Obviously, there are bullshitters everywhere (inc Hudson but he got found out) but from what we know.

    Name the high profile boys who have used big dosages in the past.

    JW - 6g+
    JP - 6g+
    Weeman - 6g+
    Hudson - 3.5g+
    PScarb - 3g+

    Name the high profile boys who haven't used big dosages in the past.

    Now, we all know that Lee Priest was on 125mg Test for all of his career of course but the results above are astounding aren't they? Who would ever have thunk it that to get big you need to jab/lift/eat big and then, once big, you can drop down dosages and try to sculpt the muscle.

    Can anybody add to the lists above?

    to be fair JP used big doses for a while, mega doses of slin, and mega high calories

    and guess what, he is about the most muscled BB in the UK....

    id say 2-3g is about the norm for big guys.... 1g-1.5g of test plus the rest..... for big AMs and Pro BB.... of course some outliers.. and as people age they are of course using less (older and wiser and already have the size)... Great Pros respond super well - genetics to grow muscle then use gear like magic....... whereas others have to pound food and gear to get anywhere (not saying pros haven't but it is what it is)

    then you get people like Hudson who eats less than a Mens Physique guy and is a big lad......

    There’s a difference. As you know

    I’d say you’ve got to use a fookin good Wack to gain the size initially, then your able to cut back a bit once you have the size

    I cannot imagine being on some of those doses listed. I could prob do one week of nailing the jabs but would get fed up of being a pin cushion very quickly.
    I have topped the scale at 2.1g for a very short period building up to my gym PL comp last year. Felt strong, but def didn't feel healthy.
