    Haven't been logging sessions so much but current lifts are:

    Rack Pull - 210kg - PB just last week

    Flat BB Bench - 140kg - hit a triple tonight, very pleased

    Squat -120kg - got an excellent new leg press in the gym, felt really good training legs last night so hoping things are going to improve in this area

    Military Press DB - 47.5kg's - got 4 a couple weeks ago, hit 42.5's for 12 reps last week and burnt out so haven't touched them since

    Coasting to the end of the year, more recovery time is helping strength considerably. See what's what in the new year. Off gear for the last 2 weeks and probably nothing for a good few months. Need to reset.

    Happy new year to all stick kicking about on here!

    Starting back training tomorrow so thought I'd update here & help keep me focused.

    Busy 2018 haven't trained or been consistent with diet for months, really lost motivation for it. Hoping to start enjoying it all again.

    No gear since end of Nov 17 as per my last post above, need to put a few solid weeks/months in first I think to help fitness before even considering options. Got some Chiron tren, test, deca & npp there. Still like the idea of test/tren/npp.

    Diet is going to look along the lines of this:

    Scrambled Eggs & Wholemeal toast
    Oats, Whey & Banana
    Chicken, Rice & Spinach

    Wheetabix & Whey - Pre workout

    Beef Stirfry/ Salmon, Asparagus & New Potatoes/ Chicken & Veg
    Scrambled Eggs & Wholemeal toast
    Casein & Oats

    Training will be Pull/Push/OFF/Legs/Cardio & Abs.

    The goal currently is just to get back into a good, healthy routine with a decent amount of food.

    Hoping to update regularly.

    First session back last night. Was as expected, stamina's pretty shot. Had to be a push session didn't it.

    Few warm up sets, bit of stretching in between & weights kept very light.

    Flat Press 3 x 10
    Military Press 3 x 10
    Incline DB Flyes 3 x 10
    DB Lat Raises 3 x 12
    DB Floor Press 3 x 8 - 10
    EZ Curls 4 x 12

    Elbows are a bit sore today so need to keep an eye on that, might start a joint supp to help.

    Food was as per other post so spot on, same again today so far. Will work out macros at some point...

    Looking forward to Pull later.
