Bike Or Cross Trainer???

    All jokes aside, it's human nature to nature to take the path of least resistance. Well, you can say that for 'nature' full stop.
    Doubt anyone would argue that to achieve stuff, a lot of times it's important to go beyond your comfort zone.
    Like I've said, I hate flat bb bench, but doesn't mean I'm not doing it.

    I always find bike on a hard setting is like a mini leg workout, nice and pumped legs after, which is far superior to the catabolic feeling of 40 minutes on a cross trainer or treadmill. I'd suggest that the more your muscles are stimulated the better when trying to burn fat and not muscle.
