    Plain clothes. No knock warrant

Wasn't gonna end well was it. If some blokes just appeared in my house at night time I’d be out of bed fighting em like my life depended on it, you’d think it was a home intrusion

Sounds like a fucking shit show tbh. Someone needs to get seriously fucked for that imo

Just because your a police officer and your doing things “by the book” it doesn’t mean your immediately exempt from being scrutinised

Often times “the book” is retarded. In this instance I’d say it was

No knock, not having to identify themselves, dressed in plain clothes. That’s the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard

I’m not saying the police enforcing the warrant did anything wrong but that way of doing things is dumb as fuck and I’m not suprised it ended like it did

The system needs looking at and changing. Uniform officers should always be involved imo, and they should make it known immediately upon entry who they are

Absolutely agree with this. Even more so due to their gun laws in the US, more than likely, they’ll have a (un)registered gun. I’d certainly be shooting first in this instance.

Probably could’ve used rubber bullets to mitigate the risk of death somewhat though.

Obviously not you absolute weasel, I live in the UK and I’m not a gangsta. Clearly, you are though.

How can you disagree that you’d shoot first if someone busted your door open and we’re armed and in plain clothes, and you had a gun? You’re a pussy, so you’d probably turn over and let them fuck you raw.

Also, the police should use rubber bullets in this scenario to preserve life.

You make no sense. You should go back to school. Ask the receptionist at your doctors to run through some GCSE English with you.

There are reports that the Police didn't identify themselves but there are conflicting reports they were shouting 'Police".

Obviously, terrible experience for the occupiers but I can see the coppers walking as they followed protocol. The protocol is wrong in this instance and should be changed of course but, if they followed existing protocol, they will not be charged.

Expect mayhem when the announcement is made!!

Some YouTube vids reporting on the situation say he had no bullet wounds and she had alot. So they think the boyfriend used her as a sheild as he was firing away. Thats love for ya. Wonder if my missus would do that ha ha

It´s actually pathetic these court room prosecuters who say, but you never gave a warning. I remember we had a card with orders on it. Shout, "Army halt or i fire" or words to that effect. Stupid rules that costed lives. you know a guy has a petrol bomb in his hands throws it...BUT you have to follow rules. not going to rant about it but the police are sometimes in a very difficult situation & being honest you will save yourself & your mates. simple as that.

A grand jury has charged one police officer over the fatal shooting of Breonna Taylor at her home in the US state of Kentucky.
Ms Taylor, 26, a hospital emergency room technician, was shot multiple times on 13 March.
Her death has become a rallying cry for anti-racism protesters, who have called for the three officers involved to be arrested and charged.
Officials earlier agreed to pay her family $12m (£9.3m) in a settlement.
Brett Hankison has been charged with three counts of "wanton endangerment" over the shooting.
He was fired from the force in June after investigators found he had "wantonly and blindly fired 10 rounds" into the apartment, according to his termination letter.
The other two officers who discharged their weapons that night - Jonathan Mattingly and Myles Cosgrove - have not been charged.

Needed more training. Wasn’t ready. Clearly shouldn’t have been there
