Board Press- Anyone Do Them?

    Started doing 2 board presses as I'm weak in the mid part of the lift.

    I rate them, but I wonder how others use them? Do you do close grip, after bench, on a separate day etc?

    What's the weight differential between the two for you? My (paused) board press seems to be around my touch and go normal press

    Have you experimented with different board heights? If so, which do you find most beneficial?

    Only ever used them in a shirt

    Worked well, working on various different boats heights each week/session

    As an aid to breaking in / getting used to a bench shirt I think they are great, can be used effectively as an assistance on weak points too. But Id not think they have much Use in a bodybuilding environment unless there's a reason you can't use full rom.

    That said, tricep death using boards is always a fun to way to fuck your training partners up lol
