People are far more likely to stick to something if they pay for it.
Thank you for this idea mate.
At OP, I can help, 100£ only.
Some people, such as myself, also prefer having someone tell them what to do to simply remove the thought process due to the many conflicting ideas.
Much easier to be told eat this, lift that etc. Plus an experienced coach knows far more than most people could learn reading online, as they have "real life" experiences.
Most of my clients have this opinion
'For 15 quid a week it works out for my 3 month package why would I bother trying to think about it.
It's the price of my lunch most days or a coffee n cake with my bird. '
George is only popular because he has had a few very good clients.
I have seen his diets, and they are fine.....but nothing that eating lean protein, complex carbs oh and some pineapple 6 times per day wont do lol
Honestly it's not the initial meal plan that is valuable it is how the coach changes things based on your feedback.
Agree. Coaches are essential, but after a certain level. However, I still feel if one is not looking to compete at a higher/competitive/pro level as is the case with OP(my reply was only with reference to this post ), one can build a very respectable physique by gathering knowledge from good online sources.
@Fatbrah is the new up and coming coach in the industry I'm led to believe
Dnt like to blow me own trumpet but if u take a look at clients like
Its hard to disagree
I like how you've gone down the Rambod route of staying looking like a pile of crap whilst getting such good results for ya clients
Nice touch that pal. Proper #promaker stuff that
Thats it mate

Haha sound will PM you for prices after you've smashed Ibiza
Ok mate be warned tho
It aint easy
Most people cannot be bothered to wade through pages and pages on the Internet. We all can because we are weird. A minority.
They want the right info and straight away from a guy with a decent avatar photo.
They have opted the wrong hobby then. If they can't be patient with learning, they surely won't go far in this game anyway. Impatience is a dangerous trait in bodybuilding. What you say?
