Body Fat Percentage Gone Up With Dbol

    Been cutting for about 4 months with gradual fat loss. Measurements taken in gym at the same time.

    Peds for past 4 months

    1ml test e ew
    1ml tren e ew


    Diet is all recorded via my fitness pal
    Along with expenditures


    Introduced dbol 5 days ago @10mgs split some. Diet stayed same and everything else

    Fat percentage up by 4 percent from 10 days ago.

    Anyone got any ideas

    Water retention. Are you managing e2? How are you measuring BF%?

    The gym group have a proper machine with electro current. Body composition machine you stand on bear foot and put hands on handles

    It measures water hydration too

    I know I'm leaner and happier than 10 days ago but the bf going down on the machine each month is very motivational when you need to dig deep.

    So you think the machines are bull ?

    they are not at all accurate.

    better option is caliper measurement by someone who knows what they are doing.

    other options which are more accurate get expensive and or not so accessible.

    use the mirror as your guide.
    how you look and feel will give you better info than the bf machine you've been using.

    4% BF increase in 10 days is pretty large. I mean 6 to 10 % or 10 to 14% is a decent move and would easily be visible to the naked eye (unless you were a walrous sized my 600lb life type person)
    just that alone should ring alarm bells if your be meticulous with diet
    those machines are fine as a rough guide , but water retention will distort for sure.
    Mirror, scales, calipers etc...

    Take weekly pics, same time, same day, same place, same lighting.

    Compare and contrast.

    You are holding more water now.

    How do you think these machines work? Electrical impulses through the body. Extra water will therefore affect these readings.

    As stated above, do not worry about these machines, they are shite. BW and pics.

    Was 35 bf when i started

    Very low dose ped use. Calories and training rather than brah approach of doing harm to look good aesthetically

    I've gained weight 5kg and dropped 20 percent bf

    Think that's not bad for an old boy in 16 weeks as u put it

    Oh that’s a good chunk of fat gone, so you’re 5kg heavier than when you started as well?

    Only in my head man. I've been doing this a while being 40 this year. I took 9 months off end of last year for health and fertility reasons and 18 years of grafting went to shit aesthetically.

    I will never go back to big doses. Only added dbol at low dose to push through a few lifting barriers and nitro retention also . But i think I'll drop it after 3 weeks. No need , it's not my profession.
