I remember a guy in the gym with quite good arms. He only ever did EZ curls & skull crushers. Not sure how many sets but not overkill. Multiple exercises of Multiple sets does not mean you'll get big arms. Infact I'm willing to bet only 1 or 2 exercises are really effective and stimulate growth.
