    last one was Back and Traps coz had a sore thumb.

    its less sore now so its worth a sesh of Arms ...... 2 hour ARMs.. you noobs couldnt ride that.

    also... my Balls been hurting the past couple days, dont have a clue why..... But Less Wanking More Lifting

    My BALLS HURT!!! :bodybuilder:for more LIFTING!!!!... PLEASURE myself with DA WEIGHTS.. FEEL DA LOVE. FEEL IT!!!!! .. FEEL!!!!!!!! ......... IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! in the ARM AREA!!!!!!! MUSCLE!!!!! AAARRGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! :lift::facepalm::lift:

    iv got this feeling doubling my sets and workout time every now and then will help BOOST growth:cardio:

    I remember a guy in the gym with quite good arms. He only ever did EZ curls & skull crushers. Not sure how many sets but not overkill. Multiple exercises of Multiple sets does not mean you'll get big arms. Infact I'm willing to bet only 1 or 2 exercises are really effective and stimulate growth.

    i feel some REAL G pain.. Muscular DESTRUCTION ... i need couple days rest.


    i got fuck all sleep after that ... my TRAPS gonna be NAUGHTY .. All my Muscle needs go into the NAUGHTTY!!! CORNER!!!
