Bulk Or Cut???

    Hey .. Im just lost .. dont know what I should to do . Grow up or cut off? Build shoulders and quads ? Or stay lean for summer ))).. 62kg 170cm 20190107_111414.jpeg 20190208_165904.jpeg

    Depends on your goals doesn’t it

    Plenty of time to grow and still be lean for summer

    What would you do if you were me ? visible muscles is more what I would like to see , not a big mass. Eating around 2000 kcal and lifting heavy I guess will be something nice to try

    ‘Visibility’ of muscles will be down to getting leaner but I think you could do with a bit more lean muscle first.

    If I were you I’d add some more mass, particularly shoulders and maybe back depending how developed your back is. Quads, glutes and hamstrings could probably do with a bit more but hard to tell from those 2 pics

    You’re quite tall so could use some added size to give you a better shape

    Just do what you enjoy. If you like your food bulk up. If you prefer dieting then cut.

    I think you look great.

    How much leg work do you do? I would try to build quads and glutes primarily but a lean bulk would be optimal IMO.

    Very sweet thank you. Legs are my weakest part .... weigths are pretty much big , but legs are growing more slowly than upper part 20190212_144709.jpeg
