Hey guys.
what equipment would you guys recommend buying for a full workout weight training? Brand and design etc ..... I’m looking into it. I really like the quality of the comercial equipment you find at the gym not the concrete filled home stuff. I would like it encompass everything if I can but doubt that can be done. Maybe 2 machines would work better.
