    Thanks, Con!

You're already up and running with regard to FT so this won't be anything new to you. But, I do appreciate it, of course. (This is more for the folks who just were struggling with putting their own program together or would rather just have it all layed out.)

I'll have other "versions" out with a twist to focus on lagging muscle groups, etc., that you might like. :)

Sounds good in that case I will wait until you bring those out.
I wasn't going to purchase it for a while any ways but I really enjoy your work so I have no problem paying for it.
I do appreciate you letting me know about this version perhaps not being any thing new for me.

Sure, man. Just trying to be honest at all times. This one's about showing some the ropes of the program on a day by day basis. There are some twists e.g., showing convenient ways of grouping exercises, and some new exercises, but much of this you are probably familiar with. :)

    This is great

I've purchased the fortitude ebook and read it through, but found it a little confusing.
That's no reflection on the book, more me being hard of understanding... :-)

Will purchase this new plan as it, being a laid out plan ready formulated will ideal for me just to get underway with and have a few weeks getting comfortable with the structure.

    Great addition Scott.

It does look good, I was surprised at the cost though when the book is $20. Not saying it's not worth it, I am sure it would be, it just priced me out for the time being!

Mate seriously I thought it was going to be similar...I'd have guessed a little higher maybe $30-35

    The ebook itself is $20

So add 28 sample workouts and some stretching/set performance descriptions and I really don't know where such a huge figure comes from. V disappointed because I was interested in this originally
