Calorie Intake

give women time, often weight doesn't change but they are getting leaner. so don't use that as a given plus as I said time of month matters. might even go up , then come down to new low week after period...then can lay flat some times.... very different to us. plus her body will fight harder when on low cals than us. so things slow , and you can't just keep reducing else will be on 600 cals after a couple of cuts

yes my wife...

bar that no as im not some creepy pervert. a coaches job is to coach not be a lech or pest enough of that around already

I like your style Noel...pretending not to whilst being a monumental fanny rat!:whistling::rofl:

haha... did you pump any, comedy!

She seems to clock up a lot of steps with her work and just general life, around 7,000 to 10,000 steps a day. Is it worth taking all this into consideration too? Looking at the bigger picture, doing a workout most days plus walking, she would be better maybe to add a few more calories?

If she is say, 300 to 400 cals under maintenance regularly, would she simply stop losing weight? My worry with her is she does too much and doesn't actually have enough calories.

It’s important not to crash her metabolism..if this happens when trying to drop body fat she’ll plateau then you have to come back to maintenance for say three weeks and start again.

Calorie intake changes from time to time and from person to person. Also, it depends on food that you take. You could have lots of food for 1000 calories or you could have just one gulp of burger for the same.
