Can You Feel High Blood Pressure ? - 140/80

On 10mg of cialis and blood pressure is averaging around 140/80

could be the clen, 100mg mast, 200mg NPP, or 400mg test I’ve been on too

just wondering can you feel it? I definitely think I can. Dizzy when standing, nauseous, pressure headache, tummy upset, feeling strung out/flushed etc

going to start an ARB or ace inhibitor to try and get to 110/70
Is this a joke?
Using clen then asking why you feel shit
Also using test n npp that could raise estrogen and potentially bp
If you were that concerned, you would be dealing with the problem and not throwing in more drugs to counteract the ones you're already using
Completely agree with GG, ditch the clen, the negative affects out way the positive imo

Bingo.

get some ROHM oxys in there to help!

get a lot of this recently don't we. taking A, B ,C , D and E.....Bp or some other side effect ......looks to take F , G and H to mitigate risk a bit.....vs just dropping the offending item or taking some kind of remedial action (change diet or do some cardio in many cases)

and all to shut yourself down and run multiple drugs to have a physique that could be quite doable at 20 year old without needing to do any of.

I am asking if you can feel blood pressure as it’s known as the silent killer. I’ve had these issues that impact my quality of life for years on and off cycle and tied it back finally to this blood pressure finally, I’ve never used clen until a few weeks ago...so yeah I felt SHIT long before clen. Not as bad but still have

I understand that. I do cardio 5 times a week about 30-45 mins a session. I walk 10 miles a day for work. My diet is clean at under 30g of carbs a day and I have cut about 75% of offending foods (allergies) out and have seen a lot of improvements. What do you suggest lifestyle wise I change? Different form of cardio? Balance foods even more than I have? I have been on only 150-200mg of test(1,000ng/dl)with nothing besides my 25mcg of t3 prescription for the past 2-3 months and the issues persisted, it is not like I’m expecting to take a bunch of drugs that CAUSE said side effects and am just now coming to ask why. I’ve had these issues for a while off of most everything.

What’s the view like on top of that high horse?

not about that just I think Clen is a shite drug ....waste of time for all bar females from my experience.... to then take ACE inhibitors on top to cover Clen is a bit silly ....its my opinion which I am entitled too.... time and a place ....risk/reward. The more muscle you carry and the more advanced you are in general I think these things come into play but for a young lad already getting BP issues......on low doses... this isn't a good sign is it. Not about being on a horse at all. I mean the lad here is running low dose test, bit of NPP....and Clen....doing cardio too...and getting issues.... alarm bells to me mate

so if doing cardio and clean diet....why the need for the Clen...serious questions...

and why only 30g of carbs a day??? sounds like body is fucking stessed out.

why do you need t3 ? I should rephrase what made the doc prescribe it...

from what you have shared so far it sounds like your pushing your body way too much ..... (high BP, Clen, t3, no carbs, daily cardio and training)......from the outside looks like your body is screaming for a rest and a reset

The carbs are because keto takes away most of my autoimmune issues and allergies which is a massive improvement in Quality of life and mental clarity, the t3 is because of my hashimotos diagnosis
25mcg a day with 100mcg t4

clen is because I stalled on weight loss after losing 30lbs

with the medical history you have done great - diet I know the carb reduction can make a huge difference but is there any way of maybe just upping it a touch without negative effects? Only you will know that as its all about how you feel

Clen id just drop mate. From what I know it doesn't negatively impact thyroid but for sure has a host of negatives. Why no drop it and see if BP changes. if it does you know the route cause. Fat loss also doesn't continue indefinitely..keto or not...you can only go so far. As I mentioned before maybe you have pushed yourself to the current limit and need a little change in diet (maybe increased cals or carbs) or training.

Yeah brother I’ve switched off of clen. Dropped it felt way better today. What do you think about taking a week or so to up cals to say 3000 and keep training the same? I think right now I eat maybe 24-2600 calories and carbs are 20-30g net carbs.

maybe just adding like 3 servings of vegetables can help? Lol I can tell my calories are too low; when I eat a meal I literally feel euphoric and like a weight is lifted off my life for a few hours. Maybe I need to find a point in food where I feel full all day and then up the cardio day 30 mins a day and see if I still feel ok throughout?
I love doing cardio. I walk about 10miles a day at work and doing 30-60 minutes of incline treadmill a day right now. I know 2-2500 calories is just way too low maybe it’s WAY lower than I thought I could handle?

Also, 10mg nebivolol got my BP down to 107/60 just now. Bit too low as my heart rate dropped by like 20 points. I’ll try 5mg and then just 40mg telmisartan once that arrives. I feel WAY more relaxed right now however

NO, you can't feel it, that's why its called the silent killer, when you do feel it it's too late, you are dying!
