carbs and dnp

as iv said before but will say on her for others.. im not sure about the science bit in my experience i found the dnp worked better with crbs.. not saying that they are needed as @RS says kcalcin vs out.. however they made the cycle more efficient in terms of attitude and productivity.

with carbs in i felt i had much more push to give and something to keep my head in the game.. mostly psychological but id never drop them below 200g now
