Carbs...

Hi
I need some idea's on carbs, I'm kinda bored eating the same stuff all the time which is as follows:

Breakfast - Oats
Snack - Granary bread for a sandwich
Lunch - Rice or pasta
Snack - Bagel
Dinner - The one I didn't have from lunch, or jacket potato
Snack - Pancakes

I've seen some people like canned rice pudding (which I love) but isn't it choca full of sugar? I guess I could do sweet potato. Anything I am missing that you lot like?

Protein not a problem, meat, meat, meat and more meat.

It's largely about varying flavours etc for carbs.

Not on your list:

Cous cous
Beans/lentils (aldi do a really nice micro pack)
Tortilla (for burritos)
Tortilla cut up (baked for a little while) makes healthy nachos.
Fruit
 
mash potato
home made oven chips
vary the rice - biryani style...stir fry etc
rice noodles
 
Hi carb alternatives,butter beans, red lentils,quinoa,Cous cous,gnocchi is good...
Bashed butternut,sweet potato,yam
I like pasta so that my go to..
All are good
 
Aldis bread aisle serves up loads, wraps, pancakes

(big ones too), pittas, crumpets, brioche buns etc
If you can find a Turkish shop or order online bulgur wheat is good too, this stuff or plain.
Then theres always cream of rice, powdered stuff like for putting in intra/pre w/out drinks like dextrose, maltodextrose etc.
