GH can drastically increase spread of cancer too but people still use that.

Lab mice are often used because certain strains have genetic tendencies towards certain health conditions.

Working on developing a new eye drop, you use mice that have a tendency to develop eye infections.
Otherwise you need hundreds of thousands of them to be able to work on those that developed infections.
I worked in a lab for nearly 4 years and some of them come looking like shite from the breeders while other strains are big strong fuckers you almost struggle to handle.

Plus the dosing was all off.
A 100kg human woild have to take over 100mg to have the same dosage per kg as they were testing on mice.

Thats not correct, rat/mouse/primate dosing isn't directly comparable to human equivalency.

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4804402/

Rat dose divide by 6.2, mouse 12.3, rhesus monkey 3.1

I cant find the original study but the HED was around 40mg/day. The cut off point for cancer risks in most drugs is 10x effective dose. So cardarine "could" be a cancer risk in doses 4x the normal dose of 10mg. Now the study did have some drawbacks or considerations that were never really explored.

We do know that no one got cancer in the limited human trials, up to 10mg for 12 weeks. So its probably advisable to mirror that use case.
